Founded in 1978, Sasa is a leading beauty retailer with a proven “one-stop beauty product specialty store” concept. Offering a diverse portfolio of more than 600 brands, including over 120 exclusive and own-brand products, Sasa provides customers with skincare, fragrance, makeup, hair care, body care, health, and beauty gadgets. In embracing the new retail era, Sasa has strategically integrated its brick-and-mortar stores with its online business to develop a "customer-centric" model, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for its customers, anywhere and anytime.
Challenge
Sasa needed to modernize its online platform to support multi-country operations, enable complex discounts, and provide seamless integration with external services and logistics systems. The platform had to support multiple languages, currencies, and regions to cater to Sasa’s growing global audience.

CLEARomni Loyalty empowers Sasa with advanced reward features, including multi-tier segmentation to engage diverse customer groups, currency-plus-points ($+pt) rewards, conversion of points into cash at checkout, and distribution & management of multiple coupons in a digital wallet. This approach increases customer retention and incentivizes repeat purchases.

At Shopify CommerceNext Hong Kong, Sasa joined CLEARgo and Shopify to share how agentic AI can support practical customer experience improvements in beauty commerce. Sasa's large catalogue creates a common retail challenge: shoppers are often comparing products by skin type, routine, ingredients, gifting needs, availability, and product fit rather than searching for one fixed SKU.
CHATTERgo adds a guided storefront assistant to that journey. It connects Sasa's product data, brand content, FAQs, and commerce context so customers can ask natural questions, compare options, receive more relevant recommendations, and move from discovery toward purchase with less friction.
The approach turns static search into a more consultative digital experience: one that feels closer to an expert beauty advisor while staying grounded in real merchant data, storefront content, and operational rules.
Real-Time Order Fulfillment and Logistics Integration
CLEARgo synchronized Sasa’s Shopify Plus store with external IT services and third-party logistics providers. This integration allows real-time order processing, improving tracking accuracy and fulfillment speed. Orders are automatically routed to the appropriate fulfillment teams, ensuring faster delivery to customers, regardless of their location.
Multi-Country, Multi-Language, and Multi-Currency Capabilities
The platform now supports 30+ countries with multiple languages and currencies, providing localized shopping experiences for global customers.
