Background
Porsche Lifestyle Singapore is the official retailer of Porsche Lifestyle, Porsche Design, and the Porsche Drive Collection in Singapore, offering apparel, accessories, home and lifestyle products, model cars, and Porsche Design timepieces and electronics. To extend its premium brand experience online, Porsche Lifestyle Singapore engaged CLEARgo to build a dedicated single-market eCommerce store on Shopify Plus that reflected the brand's design language and supported both online and in-store retail operations.
Challenge
Porsche Lifestyle Singapore needed to migrate from its previous NopCommerce platform and stand up a production-ready Shopify Plus store — covering products, customers, and historical orders — while integrating the operational backbone required for a premium retailer: order management, warehouse and 3PL fulfilment, in-store POS at Jewel Changi Airport, and omnichannel fulfilment options such as Buy Online, Pickup In Store (BOPIS). The new platform also needed reliable reporting workflows for both sales and operations teams.
Solution
CLEARgo delivered the full Shopify Plus implementation for Porsche Lifestyle Singapore, starting with a Shopify Plus workshop on architecture and operational best practices, followed by the design and launch of the complete online store — UI/UX, catalogue structure, and content setup — and the integration of the systems required to run online and offline retail as one operation.
Shopify Plus Store Design and Launch
CLEARgo designed and launched the full Porsche Lifestyle Singapore online store, including UI/UX, catalogue structure, and content setup. The storefront brings together apparel, accessories, home and lifestyle, model cars, and Porsche Design collections in a single premium experience that mirrors the brand's in-store presentation.

Anchanto OMS/WMS and Toll 3PL Integration
To connect the storefront to Porsche Lifestyle Singapore's fulfilment operations, CLEARgo integrated the Anchanto OMS/WMS with Toll 3PL. Sales orders flow through the order management system for processing, with inventory synchronised across channels to keep stock levels accurate for both online shoppers and store teams.

POS Integration and Omnichannel Retail at Jewel Changi Airport
CLEARgo implemented POS integration for Porsche's physical retail presence, including the immersive brand experience store at Jewel Changi Airport, unifying online and offline retail into a single commerce operation and enabling consistent pricing, inventory, and customer service across touchpoints.

NopCommerce Migration and BOPIS
CLEARgo executed the data migration from NopCommerce — including products, customers, and orders — to preserve continuity through the platform change. The team also enabled Buy Online, Pickup In Store (BOPIS), giving customers a flexible fulfilment option that bridges Porsche's online store and its physical retail locations.

Automated Reporting Workflows
To reduce manual workload and improve visibility, CLEARgo developed automated reporting workflows for both sales and operations. These workflows surface the order, inventory, and performance data the Porsche Lifestyle Singapore team needs to run the business day to day, without relying on ad-hoc manual exports.
